Samsung Galaxy A52 Review 2021 India
Samsung galaxy A52 Review .The Galaxy A series will be the mid child of the Galaxy lineup, the high-achieving Galaxy S series and the Galaxy M series for the money. This series has some good phones in the past, but they are sometimes cheaper than others in terms of performance. The Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 are the latest models. These new smartphones definitely look good, but has Samsung improved its performance? I put the Galaxy A52 through my paces to find out.
Samsung Galaxy A52 Price in India
The Samsung Galaxy A52 is available in two variants, one with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage priced at Rs. 26,499, and the other 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 27,999. There are four color options: Awesome Blue, Awesome Purple, Awesome Black and Awesome White.
Samsung Galaxy A52 Design
The Galaxy A52 has a strong point design that looks very different from most other smartphones. The first thing that caught my attention on the Galaxy A52 was the color of my review unit. Completed in ‘Terrible Blue’, the Galaxy A52 draws a lot of attention. The finish is matte, which also helps to reduce fingerprints on the back. While the Awesome blue and Awesome violet options are brighter, the Awesome black and Awesome White variants look more subtle.
The Galaxy A52 features a 6.5-inch Full-HD + display with a hole-punch display. While the chin is slightly thicker, its edges are thinner. The frame of the smartphone is made of plastic and it does not look so premium. You have the power and volume buttons on the right. Pressing the power button is comfortable, but requires a slight stretching to reach the volume button. There are no buttons or slots on the left side of the Galaxy A52. The SIM tray is topped with a secondary microphone. The Galaxy A52 is rated IP67 and you get a rubber seal around the SIM tray to keep water and dirt away. At the bottom, the Galaxy A52 has a USB Type-C port, loudspeaker and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Galaxy A52 has a polycarbonate back
Purchase standards at 189 grams for manual use and the 8.4mm thick Galaxy A52 placed. The frame is curved to make it easier to hold. On the back, the Galaxy A52 features a quad-camera module that is slightly stretched, but has a body-like color finish that helps blend.
Packed on Samsung’s 4,500 mAh battery, it has the potential to make the Galaxy A52 feel neither too thick nor too heavy. The battery can charge fast at 25W but you only get a 15W charger in the box.
Features of Samsung Galaxy A52
The Samsung Galaxy A52 has a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with full HD + resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. The screen is set to 90Hz by default, but you can reduce it to 60Hz for better battery life. The Galaxy A52 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor and is weaker than some other smartphones in this price range. Samsung offers 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, but the storage does not change to 128GB. I have the base version of this review, priced at Rs. 26,499.
The Galaxy A52 is a dual SIM device with a hybrid slot, so storage expansion comes at a second SIM cost. Bluetooth 5 supports dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC and four satellite navigation systems. On the Galaxy A52 you get a hybrid dual SIM tray.
The Samsung Galaxy A52 ships with OneII 3.1, the same experience you get in the Samsung Galaxy S21 (Review) series. OneUI 3.1 is based on Android 11, which is the latest you can get. My unit also has a March Android Security Patch. The UI is easy to use and I have no trouble finding my way around it. You have enabled the three-button navigation layout by default, but you can choose swipe-based gesture input instead.
The Galaxy A52 includes pre-installed bloatware including Dailyhunt, PhonePay, Prime Video, Snapchat, ShareChat, MX Taktak and Moz. I started getting spam from Dailyhunt and Samsung’s own Galaxy app because they keep providing notifications. If you are not interested in using pre-installed apps, I recommend uninstalling them immediately.
Demonstration of Samsung Galaxy a52
The Samsung Galaxy A52 has enough performance to deliver a sleek display. Its high refresh rate performance enhances the overall experience. The Super AMOLED display is crisp, has good angles and is very bright on the outside. Stereo speakers are a good addition when watching videos more attractively.
While the Galaxy A52 is not disappointing, other smartphones with the same price offer better processor performance. I applied the benchmark to see how the Galaxy A52 charges against some competition. This is 275,686 in graft, 8,401 in PCmarkwork 2,0
